There was still some time left until dawn and the catch arrived very quickly on the left rod. I caught the fish and was happy with another carp this year for a photo. But my thoughts were interrupted by the second alarm reporting contact. I had to leave the fish in the landing net, and quickly grabbed the second rod. The tackle went smoothly and I had the opportunity to document a very decent haul of fish weighing 16 and 19 kilograms.
I had a very good feeling from the regularly fed place and the results I had naturally drove me forward. In the morning before departure, another feeding ration was on the agenda. I decided instead to let it rest for three days of course with one feeding in between breaks. In the past, during long-term feeding, I was revenged several times by the fact that I could not forgive myself for a few walks and I so-called burned the place. Two days in peace definitely benefited him! The Grand Finale: In the evening, I sat on the bank, watching the fishless water surface and the clear sky full of stars, thinking that this is exactly the kind of thing that won't get many shots. At the same time, I had the idea in my head that just such an evening could be very good for the right fish. The only contact I had was after nine o'clock. Unfortunately, the fish fell after a while.
I was not enthusiastic about it twice, but on the other hand, it was clear to me that the great luck I had chosen the previous walk had to be redeemed with something. What to pay, the daily evening routine in the form of supplementary feeding and the direction of the sleeping bag. I was slowly starting to hate the alarm clock in the morning. A moment of rolling over on the lounger, when I didn't want to twice in the dry foggy morning. I mumbled to myself that there wasn't much to catch on the rods leaning against the tree, and the mounts flew to their places without much enthusiasm. Level like oil after fish neither sight nor hearing. My friend Primotop kept me company and I used the time before departure to tie up spare rigs. It was already after dawn when a rod sounded from the depth where there was a larger deposit of mud. I promptly responded to the two beeps. I picked up the rod and it was immediately clear to me what was going on here.
The tackle was smooth, and the fish just used its weights, where you only feel the familiar sway in the rod. In the coastal part, however, she showed me that she doesn't give her skin away for free, and I was able to enjoy several lunges. When I guided the carp into the landing net and examined it, it was immediately clear to me that it was the biggest fish of the year. Yes, that's right catch number six. Every year I catch beautiful fish, but this year is completely above standard for me. I was very happy the moment I saw the carp on the mat. At first glance, I recognized him as a rival from the past, whom I hadn't seen in ten years and wasn't even expecting him. I was all the more happy with the catch. He has grown to a really great size. I wished him good luck on the launch and when the water surface closed behind him I had a really great feeling. And that would be about it for this time. To those of you who have read this far, I wish you many beautiful experiences on the shores of our waters and I look forward to seeing you next time.
